Michael Appleton emerges as front-runner for West Brom job after Pardew sacking
Alan Pardew has today been sacked by West Brom and Michael Appleton has emerged as the bookmakers’ favourite to take over the Baggies following the managers dismissal.
West Brom are heading to the Championship after a worrying EIGHT consecutive defeats and target Leicester City’s number two to take over the role.
Appleton was confirmed the Leicester City assistant Manager to Craig Shakespeare in 2017 signing a three year contract.
After the dismissal of Craig in October 2017 Michael took over as caretaker manager where he was in-charge for two games winning both giving a 100% managerial record.
Appleton, who had a temporary spell in charge of the Baggies back in 2011 is now favourite to take over the post.
