Islam Slimani is wanted by Fenerbahce

Algerian International Islam Slimani has been targetted by Fenerbahce for a little while now.

The striker was yesterday linked with a move to the Istanbul club as they look to bring in an experienced player.

Reports in Turkey are suggesting that Fenerbahce gave Leicester City 48hours to offload Slimani as they look to prepare for their Champions League qualifier against Benfica in August.

This means that Leicester need to accept the offer by tomorrow evening or Slimani could face another season on the bench as he has struggled to hold down a first team place.
